Regions Banking Company review: Banking service

I tried to open a bank account at citi bank. I told citi to create an electronic check to withdraw 15,000 from my account. Regions did not honor the check for 5 days and told me they were too busy to discuss it with me. So I received a bounced check fee for 12.00. I addressed this problem with regions finally. They said they would look into it. They looked past it and did not reimburse me the 12.00. I was told it was not their concern. I had 60k in my account and am looking for a bank with decent customer service. Do not bank at regions.
