Disappointed by their service
They were supposed to deliver my package yesterday which their agent told them that he got lost. He only tried to call me once as I was about to answer it cut off. A lady by the name of Zanele emailed me asking about my availability and I replied. So today they expect me to wait for the package the whole day again. I believe that since it was supposed to be delivered yesterday they should have started with it today. Disappointed by their service. That is poor service indeed.

Delivery/bad service from ram drivers
I'm beyond pissed off with the [censored]en service received from ram. The 1st attempt to deliver I wasn't notified when the driver arrived, no one gave me a heads to let me know that the driver is on his way... The driver refused to wait 5 min and left. I was then [censored]ed around for 2 days wasted my airtime with agents that told me my device would be delivered. It's the 2nd day waiting only to find out that my parcel had been sent back. Your drivers are a bunch of [censored]en liars, where is the proof that indicates that they were unable to get a hold of me... I paid for this device, made myself available waited for two days and nothing. I'm will not leave this matter as is i'm going to make it my priority to expose ram and the lazy [censored]en drivers you have employed. You guys disgust me. This will not be the last you hear from me

bad service, damage cargo
We as a small business company made use of Ram Couriers as our transport company. In March, this year they transport doors and panels to a Kitchen Company in Kimberly which we have supplied for several years. When they delivered the doors and panels it was severely damaged. If you look at the photo’s attached you can clearly see the cargo was not handled...

We were suppose to recieve our delivery like 3 days back .but because the person who was suppose to collect ddnt hv a ID but instead produced a liscence like they did with the first delivery..they mentioned we had to just just the delivery address to my work place so i can provide my ID...they called me once on the 6/06/21 ...i had changed the address but still i hvnt recieved any feedvack . address was changed yesterday
