(i) My wife, MRN [protected], did some blood test on 22 & 3o Dec. '20 & 17 Jan. 21 from R N Tagore International Institute Of Cardiac Sciences, Kolkata. The samples were taken 1489, (21M/S. PORTEA from home.
(ii) Despite several communications by e mails, the bills are not given yet.
(iii) Bills are required for making insurance claim in future.
