I ordered a watch, paid for expedited shipping, insurance and of course the watch. It arrived broken, so I contacted them for a replacement (pictures included). Their response was we will give yo 30% off your next order!
Well, there will be no future orders!
When I stated that I purchased insurance etc., they blocked me from contacting them.
The phone number listed will not connect to them!

I have ordered a bag from PurseValley and it never arrived! When I contacted customer service they offered to send out a replacement and I was ok with that. Weeks later they contacted me and said that my bag was no longer in stock and there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a refund they refused and said that they don't do refunds! What kind of joke is that? They never shipped me my item and then they decided to keep my money! This is an absolute 100% scam site!
