I was charged $16.95 twice by this company. I called & they were only willing to refund the most recent charge because they said I did not cancel my account within the required timeframe. What account? I NEVER signed up to participate in any program they were offering. They told me they had proof via IP addresses & emails...but when I asked for those to be sent to me, they refused. I NEVER received any emails confirming any participation! The person I talked to was extremely rude & I basically got nowhere. I told them there was NO WAY this was the first call they have received about this & that I was going to call the authorities. The girl hung up on me. Complete & utter scam!
