Pin voucher
Date of Incident: 02-02-2022
I am an avid P.C. gamer. I do not have a credit card. I do not feel comfortable putting my banking information online. I found a solution. PaysafeCard.com is the name of the business I turned to. They offer 10.00. 30.00. and 100.00 PIN vouchers. and allow a maximum purchase amount of $400.00 to people who do not have a verified account. I have a $3500.00 limit. My account is fully verified.
For the past 2 years. or year and a half, give or take, nearly everyday (over 80% of the last 365 days) I have gone to the same store to get the same $10.00 Paysafecard PIN voucher. The odd time. I would buy a $30.00. or $100.00 voucher, however according to PaySafecard.com I do not exist! There is a fee of $1.50 fee for every $10.00 PIN voucher purchased. The 30.00 dollar and 100 dollar PIN vouchers have a little somewhat higher fee, but no greater than $4.00.
That's business.
I'm ok with this.
It is not about the fees. The fees aren't the issue. That is actually a very good thing about PaySafecard.com, hence my reason for doing so much business with Paysafecard.com
The issue is the customer service. Horrific. That is the only word to sum it up.
These people accused me of being a security threat. I signed up with the company 6 years ago. Back then, I had a cell phone. I have for 6 years owned this account, yet not one time did I get a single email never had to log onto my Paysafe Card account. Everytime I bought a voucher, I would simply go to the website. enter the 14 digit PIN. and voila! Payment accepted. With a phone number I have not had for over 5 years now. In order to log in. they want to text a code to the number the account was originally opened with. They have a 2 factor authention system. Mandatory. Without any options to select to change the number or verify in any other way.
When I entered the 14 digit PIN, it said my account has been blocked for security reasons.
I still have not got the money back.
I have updated all my info. jumped through all the hoops and it is all fixed up..or is it? No. I have a 10.00 voucher that is garbage. They are refusing to re-enable it for no valid reason.
They are only offering to refund the 10.00 to my bank account. The bank account I do not want to have anything to do with online.
They can simply add a 10.00 credit to my paysafe account.
Nope.
So I am done with these people.

Dear Mr Udo Muller,
I am very disappointed with the service provided by your company. Today I deposited £350 in to my new Paysafe wallet which I opened on the 8th of April 2014. When I first opened the account I deposited £200 and applied for the unlimited status. Some 10 days later I received an email to say that the documents were not correct, as you required the Back of My ID card and the utility bill was rejected. I logged in to my account today to upload the correct documents and when you click on the link to research which ID you require you get a 404 error so you need to fix this link.
I therefore uploaded my documents and searched for a contact number to speak to Someone at Paysafe at which point I was told that the documents had been received and to be “Patient” for someone to look at this. However I can not use the funds I paid in to the account because of the limit of £250 you have with Skrill, and I am not happy if I have to wait 10 days and then someone may tell me the documents are incorrect. I was told it would all need to be looked at by your “Technical Team” and that I could not speak to them and neither could your customer care assistant. When I urged her to speak to someone in the team she duly hung up on me, which has infuriated me.
I called back and spoke to another member of staff who was equally as unsympathetic and duly told me to be patient again. I am not at all pleased with the service provided by your company and I will be posting this open letter on every single customer feedback forum I can find associated with your company.
Kind Regards
Mark Berriman
