Pay Per View Over Billing

Direct Tv is a rip off. Twice they bill me for pay per view I never got the service. Even I complained to them, they answered were "we can not do anything, it is over.
Besides, if they change the box where their card is, all the times you get charge according to them "their system never got the sign of the order". Imagine, they changed my box in 2013, they charge, latter when I noticed they were stolen my money I closed the account and they asked for the card and they billed me pay per view even from 2012.

Pay Per View Pay Per View Fraudulent Charges

Didn't Notice the Charges because of electronic statemet delivery. (Changed that to regular Mail)

Spent most of my Sunday on the Phone with Dish Network. Spoke with 2 reps & one supervisor.
Advised to lock all dvr's (TV'S-EACH REMOTE).

No Time Available for Pay Per View Movies, because they run all day. (Total 2 in 3 Months in One Statement) DECEMBER 2009
VOD Movies were ordered in very early hours like 3am, 4am, 5am & in between.

No Credit was provided.

Only happened after I connected my DVR's to Internet (Connected DVR to Internet, according to Dish Network, 10/02/09)
First Charge appeared on Nov-28-2010.

3 Movies were watched twice in 3 months overbilling period (within 2 days)

This is currently happening to us! Started when we upgraded our system to DVR system. Last 3 months have had between $70 To $125 worth of extra charges. We never ordered these movies! Was told the same thing to lock all tv's. Still have extra charges. I now am refusing to pay the fees.
