Nascar Digital Media Monthly dues

I ordered a calendar back in August and I just realized I am being charged $19.99 monthly for something.
I never signed up for any member ship and I need to know how to stop this charge. I have been charged 3 months in a row now.
The calendar was purchased on Aug 29, and the $19.99 charges started the end of September and the 3rd one came out today.
I saw the ad on Facebook and that is where I got the calendar.
Hope you can help
Thank you

Desired outcome: End subscription I never signed up for.

It’s recommended to reach out to customer support of NASCAR Digital Media at the earliest and inform them that you didn’t consent to the subscription, request termination and the refund of the payments. Also, see if there is an option to turn off the auto-renewal feature in your account on NASCAR Digital Media’s website. In case the charges don’t go away, it is worth contacting your bank to stop the payment or reverse the charges. Make sure to log all the messages and bills for communication references, this also safeguards you in case you go on about disputing the case, and do not be shy to get back regarding updates if things don’t settle down quickly.
