Tried to purchase an item. Never received. Scammed into monthly charges that are impossible to cancel instead. The purchase occurred on September 28, 2025. I don't remember the specific model or price, as I now realize I was never sent an invoice or receipt. It was a water bottle that was advertised on Facebook. It was never received, but instead I got charged for a subscription that knew nothing about for $84.00. There is no online option to cancel or opt-out. They require you call their support line, and sit on hold for hours. I want this cancelled and money back for subscription and water bottle. Thank you
