Nuderma Firming Face Serum reviews and complaints

I seen an order on facebook stating that Luxuriouskin have a sample of firming face serum free only a shipping cost of $4.95 and I ordered such cream, and two weeks later, I was billed for an additional $89.15 for a 0.05 oz sample bottle. This a fraud and I recommend anyone who is interested in this ad, beware. IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK! Once you give them your credit card number, what you think in $4.95, will cost you an additional $89.15 and if it is on a MasterCard, they will not give you a proper investigation.

I do not want to order this product on a monthly basis. I determined that I was receiving a sample with no charge. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY 'NUDERMA FIRMING FACE SERUM' IN THE FUTURE! The company makes one believe that for the trial period you will be charged $4.95 for the face firming serum. What they fail to let the buyer know is that if the buyer does not call within 2 weeks of ordering, they will be charged $89.15 for the 0.5 oz bottle of face firming serum. So I highly advice to READ THE FINE PRINT according to the company because they CLAIM the guidelines are there. When I called to get a refund, the most they could refund me was 50% of the $89.15. Total rip off and SCAM!
