Nude by Nature brush kit sets (inferior goods)

I've received my order from you online shop but find serious defect that 5 boxes brush kits (8 pieces brush kit), coz out of a total 30 brushes, the bristles of 16 brushes were damaged.
Here is the list & photos of those damaged brushes:
5* cheek definling blush brush
3* deluxe eye shader
4* domed eye blending brush
3* concealer brush
1* eye definer and lip brush
When I opened brush kits, only the kabuki brushes/sharpeners and only one liner/lip brush out of 5 had plastic wrap around them for protection, then all other brushes have no plastic wrap. I had bought one set of the brushes before from priceline and used for myself (these 5 to give my friends), i remember the kit i bought before, all brushes were wrapped in plastic and no damage for brushes.

THIS IS NUDE BY NATURE THE NEWEST REPLY TO ME:

In order for a return to be valid, we would advise a registered post on the returns of the brush kits for yourself. I haven’t calculated what the refund would be as of yet, but it wouldn’t be a substantial amount as all of the kit is discounted down to be part of a package price.
As I can see from the pictures, I wouldn’t render the brushes as faulty enough to not use them. So as an alternative and a good will gesture I could send out a couple of products free of charge to compliment the minor faults on the brush kits.

If you were adamant to send them back, of course that is fine. However, I feel that my first option would be a lot less time consuming and easier on both ends of this inconvenience.

After i saw this email and call nude by nature cs, was put on hold for 20 mins.
The email can see their inferior goods passed onto me, this company after sales service very poor and not responsibility.

Nude by Nature 16 day free trial

I rang regarding a free 16 day trial of the Nude by Nature recently advertised on the Morning on a Saturday morning. I live in country NSW. The product was sent on the 23rd April and not signed for or received until 2nd May, the free so call trial expired on 3rd May.
As far as I am cocnerned this is false and misleading advertising as I was informed that I would get 16 dasy from when I received this product. On using it for 3 days I have had an allergic reaction to it and have tried to call over the last couple of days to get a return number to return the product all to no avail, then yesturday they have helped themselves to money on my credit card thus placing my credit card over its limit.
How could Channel 7 justify a connection with this company and the breach of fair trading acts that are in place by allowing this company to mislead people by saying that they have 16 days FREE trail when they have only given me 1 day.
I will be putting in a complaint to the Dept of Fair Trading and plastering it over Facebook and any other avenue that can be used to gain a decent outcome and the valid return of the product and return of my funds and any other charges that have been passed onto me. Hopefully this is enough to get a result for everyone that has been affected.

so what about ur money did they refund ur money
any result from dept of fair trading
