Beware of these scammers
I order a New Roady XT with home and car kit and received one with just a car kit. Finally got in touch with them after four days, and they had me fill out a return form and wanted me to pay shipping for return. Got them to e-mail me a pre-paid upc code ans sent radio back to them. Got second package back from them and only got the USED radio with 2 home kits and no car kit this time. After going back and forth with "Galaxie" via e-mails about not getting anywhere this is the last e-mail I got from this worthless company.
" Apparently you skipped reading our description at http://novatechgadgets.com/dextcaki.html which says renewed at the bottom. Please read our description carefully BEFORE placing an order to avoid restocking fee." Not once did I mention a thing about a restocking fee in any of my e-mails and now they want reply to any of my e-mails.

Stay away from them - worst internet store out there
They don't seem to stock anything - everything seems to be via third parties/other stores, including shipping the item. And if they ship you the wrong item you have to pay for it's return shipping, plus they will not refund the original shipping costs even if they made the error - customer service can't be reached by phone - stay away from them - worst internet store out there - Yahoo should shut them down or stop supporting them.

Items are advertised as reconditioned or renewed but are just other sellers junk.
They never sent me an item! I order 11/25. It is 12/19. They never responded to any e-mails. Their Live Chat is never open. They are a bogus company. Don't bother. I am disputing with my credit card company. May be too late. Thank goodness the item was small. Horrible company.
I wish I had come across this before I ordered from them! They actually won an auction on Ebay that I also happened to be watching. I remember thinking to myself, this item is cheaper that novatechgadgets, but I am not interested in it because of the condition. I knew as soon as I received it in the mail that it had come from the same Ebay auction I had been watching. Totally deceptive advertising...I feel ripped off!
SCAM SITE. They have no products, they just order from amazon.com w/price hike and have shipped to you as a 'gift'. They send you the wrong item, won't refund astronomical shipping charges and when you do send it back to them, they claim everything wasn't shipped back and charge you again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I had the same experience as Paul S. They sent the wrong item--a cheaper one of course -- and would not refund any shipping costs. It's a bait and switch company.
