Norweign Cruise Line Corporate Offices/ Reservations

Booked 4 rooms on an upcoming Norwegian Star Cruise this December and the price for third person has been reduced since booking for one of our family members. Reservation desk, and corporate offices refused to give back the difference which was $100.00. We cruise 4-6 times a year and have cruised with NCL over a dozen times. We requested shipboard credit of $100.00. Corporate officer didn't even return calls (we had to call twice) and then they just kept giving us to anyone that they could to defuse the situation. Maybe, the President Kevin Sheehan should be fired. (Hopefully, he is the President because this is who the cruise line gave us as the name of the President)

WE WILL NEVER CRUISE WITH THIS LINE AGAIN AND WE ARE WARNING ALL OF YOU TO RECONSIDER UTILZING NCL AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! There are a lot of complaints on the internet about NCL, check them out! THEY ARE OFF OUR LIST FOR ANY FUTURE CRUISES!

Norweign Cruise Line Worst Experience/Horrible Company

My husband & I tood the Hawaiian Cruise in April 2009 on Pride of America. This is the WRONG name for this cruise! Our room was filthy, food was either not cooked, cold or not available, freestyle dining was not an option due to our party being more than 5 persons at a sitting. We had to make reservations and if we decided not to keep the reservations, we would be charged $20 per person.
Then the topper...the photographer smacked my behind during a photo session... .
I made a complaint on board and was offered a bottle of wine!
I wrote a complaint on board and gave it to the customer service manager to have it resolved and he didn't believe me.
Upon our return I filed a complaint with their office in Florida in which they offered a partial cruise credit on another of their cruises within 12 month period.
When I've asked about what is happening about the sexual harrassment, I'm told they can't tell me anything as the photo company is contracted to their services.
I've requested a full refund due to the entire experience being so humiliating and unpleasant, of which they have declined.
This Company has got to be one of the worst. Sexual harrassment should be at a zero tolerance, but they are making me feel that it was nothing. There were others that had experienced this same issue with the same photographer. In hind sight, I should have gotten their names and addresses.
I want to file a complaint against this company, but don't know how to go about it.
