North American Direct Services reviews and complaints

This phone number called me claiming to be "North American Direct" and that I was automatically entered in a sweepstakes to win a million dollars and that I had won. I quickly suspected that this was a scam and asked if it was several times, with the person saying no each time. I asked her a few more questions and her responses were very delayed so finally I asked her if she was a robot and she admitted that she was a " prerecorded voice and that her responses were limited". Then hung up on me. I believe that this is a scam.

Yes, my client number is [protected], , , i received a phone call from north american direct services, on 10/22/2014. The guy that i talked to, talked me into ordering the magazines. He first quoted me a price for $39.90... He took my information from me. Than, turned it around and wanted me to lie on some of my information... We hung up from each other... Than i called right back on the same day... The person, i talked to, i told them to cancel my order... The person, i was talking to would not excepted it. Told me they could lower my pay to $19.95. I did tell them no. I wanted to cancel it. Than they told me, , i could not because, , i already approved of it.. I been paying $19.95 every month, afterwards, , $39.90 (x1) $39.90, , , $19.95 (x10) $199.50, , total $199.50 plus $39.90 = $239.40. I could not cancel this. Been mad at this company since. I would like to cancel and get my money back.
