I asked my daughter to go to urgent care location at Calle Santa Cruz in Tucson and I was surprised that she recieved horrible service. She complained about a headache, sinuses and fever and the PA did not even check her ears or throat. Barely paid attention while checking her heart beat. When my daughter raised the issue she was told that she could be checked again however she would have to wait her turn again behind everyone else. When we tried to contact the patient laison we were told that the employee did not have an email (hard to believe). We did call and had to leave a message; no return call. Still waiting on Ms. Ronnie Ham, Patient Laison. What a waste of time and money to use the nextcare services. The staff on that particular day was horrible. Date of event July 22, 2014.

Poor Management
I have been seen in Nextcare several times and noticed a lot of things that should not go on and Im sure its due to poor management! I have made several complaints to their compliance line and nothing gets done! Ive been waiting before to been seen and the manager was upfront with the receptionist with her feet up on the counter talking ### about one of their employees, she was cusing and etc.. then I get called to the back and have witnessed that the black nurse was just sitting in the corner doing nothing and talking on the phone and texting on her cell phone, and with all of this the clinic was busy! Seems to me they need to pay close attention to the management because Im sure there is plenty to do!
