NCELL reviews and complaints

Although, i didn't activate this service, it deducted my balance . Wt the hell is that . Plz, stop that directly activating such umwanted sevices and stop unwanted charges on customer . Its better to remove such such services from the ncell service . I reputation of ur company has been decreasing because of such unwanted services .is deducting balance and deceiving customer ur occupation ?. Now, at last point i kindly plead to u stop activating services with out knowing me and don't deduct balance for unwanted services, instead of that u can send me confirm option to activate anything .

Seriously, plz don't charge too much money for normal call just to compel consumer to buy your voice call pack or whatever. It must be important for your company to understand some consumers just wants to use normal call.Before the voice call pack was introduced, we were charged just 2 or 3 Rs for a call less than one minute...but now just to buy a voice call pack u are charging more than it used to be before, to force us buy your pack...and every time the message appears, it's irritating.I was thinkin' about changing my NCELL sim card to NTC.It's not just me, but on behalf a couple of other customers I am sending this complaint.

I bought a Sim card and some credits at the airport of Kathmandu. i paid almost twice the normal price. i get in contact with the company, i told them that i dont want my money back but i to ask them how are you gonne prevent that this will happen again? i think that they are try to rip off all the tourist that come to Nepal. the sad thing is that there are a lot of volunteers now to help the peolple after the earthquake and the get screwed at the airport. untill so far now answer from Ncell.
