There is too much information and communication to be covered here but he refused to honor his return policy. The matress was the wrong size, we tried to return it and were told it was a special order and would be charged extra fees and return charges and also that it could not be returned at all. I JUST WANT TO SAY I JUST BOUGHT A BED FROM THIS SITE. THE COMPLAINT ABOVE ALMOST STOPPED ME. IT WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD FIND ANYWHERE AND THE BBB GAVE STEVE YEDS AND MY WATERBED SHOP AN A+ RATING. I THINK THE COMPLAINT SHOULD BE REMOVED. I WAS SURPRISED BY THE QUALITY OF THE BED WHEN I GOT IT SET UP. I HAVE NOT SLEPT THIS WELL IN MONTHS. I AM SO SO SO!...
