Macco received a check from Geico to order parts and repair vehcile only 400.00 worth of parts were ordered (December 2015) and TODAY we finally called for status and was told to "come pick up the parts and do the repairs ourself" Macco cashed the check in the amount of $2605.34 from Geico and my husband put the 2 parts on that were ordered! when we questioned it, we were told "oh well s**t happens"

I would never again use their services. I drove my car to Macco Auto. The manager and mechanic checked the car and said that all repair would take 3 weeks and would cost me $2, 900. I called to my insurance company and the manager got all papers and check. They kept my car within a month and never called me back. I contacted them every time, but one day I was near this shop and noticed that my car was outside. It was ready and repaired, but no one called me to inform about it.
