Scam
I requested a very specific logo, I maded it but needed to have a more professional looking logo for my business cards. I suplied them with image and specific instructions, as well as extra mony so I could have them faster.
Well not only did they not respect the delay but also I received 6 logo, "made by a 6yrs old" that were nowhere near what I gave them.
I then asked for my money, 3 months ago... and I'm still waiting!
I now have put a formal complaint to BBB, sugested CNN to investigate and will see how else I can protect people from those crooks!
I just don't know how people can live with themselves when they know they are stealing money!?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Deceptive
I tried these guys for a company logo and website design ($578.00) and ended up having to hire an attorney to get my money back. After 3 weeks, I got all of my money back. Take a look at heir website. No physical address, edited pictures, the one on the bottom left has their company name on the wall, but it clearly shows that the original name was erased...
