Digitizes vhs, photos
I send in 15 vhs tapes and 100 photos to have them put on a thumbdrive. Photos cam back fine. They only copied 7 and those 7 are terrible quality. I was not offered a refund for the 8 that were not done? Paid $259.14. Emailed with complaint and examples of the downloaded videos compared to the actual video and I am not getting a response now. I would like a refund. Many bad reviews online for the same reasons I have listed.

I mailed 15 reels of films to Legacy box to process over to DVD's-On February 24th a notification was sent that the DVD's along with the original 15 reels were sent back.
