Legacy Box review: Digitizes vhs, photos

I send in 15 vhs tapes and 100 photos to have them put on a thumbdrive. Photos cam back fine.

They only copied 7 and those 7 are terrible quality. I was not offered a refund for the 8 that were not done? Paid $259.14. Emailed with complaint and examples of the downloaded videos compared to the actual video and I am not getting a response now. I would like a refund. Many bad reviews online for the same reasons I have listed.
