I received 5 bottles (again) today in the mail. I didn't order them! In fact, I returned the last batch they sent me and marked refused and to cancel the order. Today I got another package in the mail with the Smyrna, TN fulfillment center address. This is crazy! Package has my husband's name on it with 5 bottles of this crap! (no, he didn't order them either.) my account as been debited another $198.78. The ph. Number listed is a church IN Florida (poor pastor - has to answer all those complaining phone calls!)
Now what can I do?

This company is a scam. They marketed with lies - shark tank, celebrities, and other to have you click. said they have been approved. (they have not) I wanted to try 3 bottles for a special of $38. I was charged $199 and got 5 bottles. And I found out the automatically bill you no matter if you click on single purchase only which I did. I do not want to be billed every month and is been happening to many others. I will cancel my amex but I want a refund. I have the receipt bu no information on there to return or contact customer service. This has to be illegal! it a scam and needs to be [censored] down immediately.
Celebs have sent out statements warning people that they did not agree to their likeness nor have they taken the pill or endorse it. Even shark tank sent out a statement. They sent all five of us never saw these people now did we all 5 make a deal to all get involved. This never happened.

Desired outcome: refund and do not want to be charged ever again and do not want their products. I never opened the product because i realized it was a scam a few days after i bought it.
I also tried this product in November of 2022 - I was billed $248.46. I thought , OK this is my Christmas present to me this year. It didn't work as promised. In December of 2022, I automatically got another order from Ket Lux and had $198.78 deducted from our checking account. I received the worthless bottles in the mail also. Then on January 12th of this year, I once again received the bottles of Keto+acv luxe and had $198.78 deducted from my checking account again. I never signed up for this. I have gotten rid of the debit card I used originally for this purchase. I sure better not get any more "bottles" in the mal. I tried calling Ket Lux on the number listed in our bank receipt for this product and I get a Pasteur Ray - I too, would like my money back, This is the biggest rip off ever.
I would like a refund of $223. 46 which was promised to me on 12/05/2022.
I ordered KetoLuxe (weight loss gummies) on Nov 2nd which I thought was 1 bottle for about 30 dollars (plus shipping of course).
