Keto Luxe review: I would like a refund of $223. 46 which was promised to me on 12/05/2022. 1

I ordered KetoLuxe (weight loss gummies) on Nov 2nd which I thought was 1 bottle for about 30 dollars (plus shipping of course). There were two charges made to my Discover card, one for $198.78 and the follow day one made for $49.68. I received the order Sunday Nov 13, with more product than I wanted. From what I could till I was sent 6 months supple plus 3 bottle of another type of gummie that I did not want which was the $49.68.

Reached out to KetoLuxe to return the product, spoke to Dez (Call Ref#1164115). I was first told they could not take returns but they could give me 50% of the charges back. I declined and begged for a total refund, let them know I can not afford $250. 00 purchase when I was expecting only $30.00 to be charge. They agreed to refund the charges minus a $25.00 restocking fee, I agreed. Dez gave me the return address and Return Mission Auth or RMA # [protected]

Called 11/30/2022 The package was returned but the refund had not been processed yet, was asked to call back the following week.

Called 12/5/2022 @ 10:45am Returned was processed, $223.46 was going to be credited back to the card. I called my Discover card, they had no record of the credit or an attempt to credit me card. Therefore I called KetoLuxe back same day, and it was reported to me that the charges could not be credited back that and e-check would be issued to me by e-mail, which could take 7–10 days. I confirmed my e-mail address and agreed.

Did not receive an e-check. Called 12/23/22. It was reported to me that the check was issued on 12-12-22, I checked all my inboxes, junk mail, and spam no check. I confirmed my e-mail address; it was reported to be sent to the right e-mail. I was told the matter would need to be researched and the billing would call me back.

I did not receive a call back. Called 12/30/22 @ 12p, customer service could not help me and the billing department could not speak to me, I was asked to call back in an hour.
Called 01/04/23 @ 8:41a Spoke to Sitti (Ref # 1165003), she could not give my any information except that the billing department needed to handle the refund but they could not speak to me at the time of the call. Sitti stated she would return my call by the end of the day. Did not receive call back.

Called 01/06/23 @ 9:50 am, spoke to Aries. I did not get help from him either, reports the billing department needed 24 to 28 hours, therefore I should call back on Monday. When I asked to speak to someone else to give me answers, he keeps repeating himself -“ I’m sorry and I know you have waited for your refund, but please give us 24- to 48 hours and call back on Monday. “ I would not say “ok I will call you back” or get off the phone I needed answers, it has been 14 days since I told that billing would research therefore Aries ended the call.
