Not recieved and no refund
Purchased a dress saw add on ebay, never recieved dress and after several e-mails requesting my money back still nothing!
This is a scam site, don't buy from them
This is a scam site don't buy from them. I ordered 2 dresses for my wife from karenmillen-eshop.com. I received an email saying my Visa bill would not read Karen Millen but XIUCHANG KEJ. I searched Google and discovered it was a scam. I have made a claim to Visa and they are looking into it. I received only one dress. That was counterfeit and my Visa bill was billed more than the payment I had inputted into the website. The fake dress also is too poor to be worn.
I also unfortunately was caught out when I purchased a "supposed" karen millen dress from an online retailer called "coach Karen millen". They use the Karen millen logo, and show all the current Karen millen stock. I fell in love with a dress that i saw in the real Karen millen store in London. However the style sold out very quickly in my size, in the whole of London. Therefore, I searched for it online and ordered it from this fraudulent website. The first alarm bell rang when they said a different name would appear on my credit card bill! The second alarm bell came when they sent me an email saying my item had been shipped from China! Needless to say, the item was not only a fake, but it was nothing like the real garment that is in the stores! The quality was seriously poor! The material wasn't the same. It wasn't even the same length! They have also refused to answer any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I would also suggest you DO NOT shop at karen millen australia either, I received a dress from them it did not fit and I requested via email to return the item for a different size, much to my amazement they refused to give me the return address stating ridiculous claims of item will get lost ( I offered to register the item ) and or take so long to go through their system it would be better for me to sell the dress and pruchase another from them!
