This company is a scam
My husband purchased Jadore Dior perfume in November of last year for me, and it was charged to our credit card. We still have not received our order, nor have we been able to get in touch with any one. We have sent emails, voice messages on their answering machine, and still no reply. They did send us one email that told us out shipping address was wrong. We emailed them back to let them know it was right, and they still did not send the perfume. This company is a scam, and I would recommend a full investigation into their activities. There is no telling how many people they have taken for a ride. Now we have to go through a lot of trouble just to get our money back from our credit
card company. Good luck out there.

I have been blindly buying Dior perfumes for over 45 years which is also my wife's favorite line of perfumes. On our Singapore Airlines flight from Singapore to San Francisco, USA, I bought 4 sets of "Dior Parfum" for a total of US$240.00 or so, as gifts for the four most precious women in my family and our lives.
'Parfum' in French stands for 'perfume' as we all know it and I expected that the set of Dior Parfum had 4 different perfumes in the set, all known very well by their names to me. On return to the US we presented the perfumes and my daughter in Arizona corrected me that the set did not have all 4 perfumes in them to our utter disappointment.
The House of Dior has somehow declared "DIOR PARFUM" in bold per se on the front of the set packaging when it did not package all 4 perfumes and had substituted them with other cheaper colognes, etc.
I am also very well aware that Perfumes should cost way more than the price I paid for the 4 sets, but this is a SQ Inflight Duty Free Shop which can certainly offer a very special deal for the 2012/2013 Christmas-New Year Holiday Season and so I just bought them like I have done so long.
I had no reason to mistrust Dior and if I had known that they were a mixed set, I would not have purchased them at all, as such cologne sets are most inexpensive in the US where we live than the actual inflight price I paid for them.
I have complained to Dior via email on February 13, 2013 and got back an auto-reply but no real response from them as yet.
Are the old days of trusting Brand-names already over?
