I purchased a drone for a holiday trip and paid extra for faster shipping and a protective case. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on time, causing me to waste money on expedited shipping. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the joystick was broken and the drone was unable to be used, even though it had been shipped in a supposedly protective case.
Despite providing photographic evidence that the drone had never been removed from its box, the company insisted that I pay for the return shipping. I repeatedly requested to speak to someone regarding an exchange for an unbroken drone, but was denied the opportunity to speak with a representative over the phone.
While I am unable to comment on the quality of the product, as I was never able to use it, I can say that the customer service and shipping logistics were extremely disappointing. I had hoped for a more positive experience, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations.

Desired outcome: Either provide a replacement drone or cover the cost of return shipping for the broken item that I received and a full refund.
Blackbird 4K drone
So I ordered the drone and then the next day I looked at the shipping and saw how long it was going to take so I tried to cancel they offered me a $49.95 refund and issued it to my card and two weeks later still haven't received the drones went to cancel the order they offered a $20 discount saving $64 I said okay when are they going to be here 2 weeks later they were here but they were knock off they were cheap they were not what was in the picture or not what was in the description so I emailed them they sent me a link I went back couldn't get anything done there called they answered within a minute give me the address and RMA now I'm just wondering should I even send them in or should I just count my losses now at any level this is not the drone that was in the videos the ads the websites nothing is the same on this drone
