Shoddy Construction
Shoddy construction in so many areas with our Joe Boyden's home. Leaks throughout were reported within warranty. Joe Boyden's inept crew could not fix the problem so they now ignore us and all we get is double talk by warranty. Joe Boyden's himself was scheduled to look at house..we took a day off of work and waited, called several times to see where he was..he never showed. Today after carpet upstairs was removed for laminate flooring installation we were told that we need to hire a contractor to fix a TWO INCH GAP in subflooring. Money that we have to pay for shoddy work that Boyden's crew did and was signed off on. How can we know about this kind of thing when we do a walk thru? Choosing Homes by Joe Boyden was a serious mistake. All beauty and NO integrity.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
