Guinness reviews and complaints

Went to buy a 6 pack of Guinness in Maroochydore. The Guinness was located on the bottom shelf. Picked up the 6 pack and there was only 5 in the pack and when i went to lift it out one fell on the floor bursting out all over me because i was leaning down to the bottom shelf.
It was 6.00pm and on my way to dinner to a friends place. Well I was sprayed all over. My new washed gear was soaking and my german made canvas shoes were ruined.
Asked the guy on juty for a towel or a tissue to wipe my face. After a long time he came back with a j cloth which looked like it was used for wiping the floor and the toilet.
I said i want to wipe my face. So I had to go home have a shower and change. Late for dinner again with this woman. NOT GOOD. So if I'm not compensated I'll never buy from BWS again.
