We would like to make a complain about GSC Customer Service. We purchased tickets on 4june2014. As usual the Maybank Payment went through but the Tickets was not processed. We complaint at the counter they mention that the payment will be refunded between 2 weeks. We called GSC Customer support Line, but the Lady who answer the Phone is very rude and unprofessional. She answer the Phone several Times like " hah hah hello" and hung up. After we tried to call back (9am) the line was busy for 1hour. We was unable to establish any conversation. This happened several times. Now 5 Weeks later still no refund. [protected]@gmx.net
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Movie Stop
I am Justin Chong, date : 17/11/2009 tuesday i go malaysia GSC 1 utama cinema see new movie "2012", then i book twins seat ticket at Hall 9 at midnite 12:00. but when the movie goes about until 2 hour 30 minute, suddenly the movie stop half way. When the movie stop, already about 10 minute stil no any cinema staff to report what actually happen, and those cleanning staff sudenly come in and prepare for cleanning. all audience also dunno actually what happen then have to leave out the cinema by seen uncomplete movie "2012". For this kind of situation why no any cinema staff come out and explain ? and when we all leave the cinema, din see any other staff at ourside and treat like nothing happen for it. We pay for so many ringgit just for see uncomplete movie. and this situation i have been in 2 times same cinema in 1 U, that time is movie "Fast And Farious 4". also same situation in no explain and no refund. Hope that can gv some explain about this issue
