I have been trading Emails with this company for a month, about 3k wow gold I purchased. I was told originally it was in stock and delivery would take less than an hour.

They refused to answer any questions about why it was taking so long or give an estimate as to how long it might take. Every response consisted of “wait plz”, “they are collecting” and “will give to you ASAP” and any request for a refund was ignored. They still advertised they had it in stock and available for immediate delivery.

I talked to a couple of the live help associates to try to get an estimate of how long it might take to complete the order, but did not receive any answers. The first, Robert, said to log on to Wow and wait, I waited a couple of hours, and whenever I asked him if someone was going to log on to meet me, he only asked me to please wait longer.

The second associate, Jenna/Frank (used both names in intro), just said she could not say how long it might take, and to please not ask for a refund.
I talked to Jenna/frank a little while later (but failed to mention I already had an order) and said I would like to order 10k on the same server. She said they had it in stock and ready for delivery. When I declined to make the order she started saying “please trust us” and repeated “will give you ASAP”

When I filed a dispute with PayPal I received an immediate response that it was ready for delivery if I cancelled the dispute. (once you cancel a dispute you cannot re-open it) They still ignored requests for refund. I upgraded the dispute to a claim, and I guess PayPal was familiar with this company, because it took about 3 minutes for them to review the case and give me a refund.

Looking up their history on Google, I have found that this is their method of operating, and are known for not making deliveries. They also seem to own a large list of websites, that are all billed as gogoer.com after the order is placed. Two that I know of is wowgold.ws and wowgold.com

    Do not trust or buy from this Company! Gogoer.com is the hugest scam ever.
    DO NOT TRY TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!

    I WASTED $15 AND I NEVER RECIEVE MY ORDER. THEY CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (IF ANY)
    PROOF OF THE SCAM

    1. Try using their live customer service (on their front page). No one will ever reply. FAKE

    2. No Phone Number (some legit places don't provide phone # but this doesn't help GoGoer)

    3. When you pay, they take you to a chinese Paypal (shows that they do not understand the language)

    4. Prices are too cheap but realistic

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GOGOER. Try www.Ogpal.com instead.

      Gogoer.comVERY poor service

      This company has the worst customer service. I purchased gold for my character on Thursday. It is now Sunday night and they finally fulfilled my order. Mind you, this is after I threatened "Maggie" (we all know it's not Maggie, probably Chung from China) with a paypal dispute.

      I asked politely that I wanted a refund. All the person would say was, "I am so sorry for that". I went quickly from patient and polite, to impatient and rude. I demanded a refund and all they said was, "i am sorry, i do not know who". Don't know who? "I do not have ability to refund".

      After 2 hours using their customer support, I finally got my gold. A character showed up, opened a trade, and gave me my gold.

      I, without a doubt, will never buy from them ever again. Worst experience of my life.

      On a side note, gamelee.com was much easier to deal with. No, going to the AH and putting an item up for the amount purchased, but an actual in game trade. Prices are fair as well.

          I know what you mean.. I am still stuck in the LIVE chat phase.. I filed a complaint but the Maggie person said whatever you said. And they just wouldn't shut up about the "I am so sorry for that". Got their address from WHOIS.

          I also have really really bad experience with gogoer.com

          Bought a powerlevel 32-55, was gonna take 92hours, im at 150hours now and they have leveld to 40, will take another week to finish what they promised.
          Talk alot with support without any help...only excuses!

          I urge everyone to avoid this site!

          I completely agree with the above complaint. I repeatedly requested a refund (within an hour of ordering) as I had found my alternate starcraft cdkey. They kept dodging my request for a refund for several days. Finally they emailed me saying here is the key and now it is too late to acquire a refund. Total bull#[email protected]#.

          Worst service I have ever dealt with. Cant speak english and they never completed my order they scammed me out of 17 dollars then live chat didn't do anything!
