Money has been taken from my account of £49.99
Friday 8th march money was taken from my account which i didnt make a transaction for of £49.99. I would really appreciate it if i could be refunded my money in total back to my account as i find it hard enough to live without people taking my money . I still dont know how they managed it and i think its really wrong. I have been in touch with my bank which are dealing with it too

Money taken out of my bank account without permission
Dear Company
Today 19/01/24 I went to pay for something and was shocked to find that, yesterday 18.01.24 a total of $68.12 has been taken out of my bank from a Company by the name of GAMEVALOUR.com
I did not JOIN or want to become a Member. I WANT A FULL REFUND OF $68.12 bank into my bank. I have reported this to the bank, I have also BLOCKED further you from getting access to my account. If you do not do refund the money within 7 days I will then report this to the New Zealand Police.

Desired outcome: A full refund of this money back into my bank within 7 days.

Unauthorised payment taken from my card
I have today (31/08/23) had a payment show on my credit card in the sum of $68.95 AUD. I have not subscribed to anything or authorised any purchase from this company. I have not received any confirmation email from a site of this name either. Can you please provide contact details for this company/site - i am not even able to find their main site online...
