Ordered tickets to Arsenal game. I started to worry when I called my hotel two days ahead of the game and the tickets hadn't arrived. Nobody answered my calls, emails or website inquiries. Flied to London anyway. Well, the tickets never showed up and nobody ever replied. I was lucky to get other, better, tickets via Twitter, so we saw the game. I was sure that i had been scammed by footballclubtickets.bz. Back home i was just going to report the scam to my credit card company as I received an email that stated:"Order has been canceled by Seller. This usually happened if Seller post his/her ticket(s) on multiple websites. We are very sorry for any inconvenience." and that I would get my money back. Today I got my money back, so it was not a straightforward scam, but a job terribly done. Why didn't they tell me in time that there was problem? Why didn't anybody answer my calls? As I read these reviews I notice that this is not very rare. So if you want to be sure, don't use footballclubticket.bz or any similar sites to buy tickets. I know it's hard to find tickets other way, but at least you will know if you will get them or not.

Would you buy from stranger? May be, if I can get hold of them...I will not recommend to buy nor do business with that company! I had a real bad experience, customer serve 0 out of 100. They charge you about £20 fee PER TICKET!

I bought a ticket on this website and buy it for 88 pounds The ticket didn't arrive after one week, then I send 3 emails to know what's happened and nobody answer so I called them and the man told me ok I do my best but nothing happened, so I sent another to told them I start to be fed up and this is the answer : "where is the fire mate the game is canceled you keep the tickets for the rearranged date or get you money back happy NOW ". Nothing more no polite formul nothing else.

I ordered tickets for fa cup final at Wembley was prepared to pay a lot of money for tickets and for their admin charges, as really wanted my family to go. I rang to confirm order, John advised all ok would be posted Wednesday to be received Thursday. Not received rang again advised posted late would get back to me with tracking number. Rang them again was assured that tickets were on the way and that they guaranteed to get them for me. Rang again Friday James assured me tickets would be received in time for Saturday game. Friday afternoon received e mail to say order cancelled. Checked credit card statement payment never taken. I am now worried as they have my credit card details and my home details. Could take money at a later date or could steal my identity. Credit card company advised to cancel credit cards as they had been compromised.

I had difficulty getting the cash out of them when they sold a ticket on my behalf. Unless you want to spend half you life chasing money you are owed, I would avoid this site.
Keep away from them.We sold ticket for £250, we sent our ticket off, but have not been paid.It's now nearly 3 weeks, not returning phonecalls or answering e-mails.

Attempted to sell Champions League tickets on this site. Transaction was done. Tickets delivered. But on evening of the match, I received an email from them stating that the buyer had the tickets confiscated when attempting to enter the stadium. There was no real proof provided. Friends attending the match saw people sitting in the seats. I did not find their explanation or follow up to be satisfactory, and their communication patchy.
As far as I see it, these guys are criminal, and I would not try to sell anything, or even buy anything on this website. It's a complete scam. They resell your tickets but will not pay you for them. Avoid like the plague.
Thieves, basically. Take ticket but don't pay money as agreed. Should be shut down. Bunch of $#*!ney wide boy thieves.
Footballclubtickets.bz is a well organised scam. Do not use them at all! I was ripped off by £150
DO NOT BUY tickets from these people. They promise guaranteed tickets, take your money, let you book flights, hotels and travel and then dont deliver any tickets. TOTAL SCAM.
