Flybuys Points not given even after writing emails with proof that I activate the bonus points and purchased in the right time frame

Two emails sent to Flybuys - [protected]@flybuys.com.au and made calls as to missing bonus points but no response of yet. When I did get through they advise me to send email to the above email address which I did for the second time. The email was as below...

I wish to receive the bonus points that I should of received for getting the car service at MyCar on the 31st of Dec 2021. I have an email from 17th Dec that states Collect up to 15,000 bonus points at mycar Tyre & Auto*. I spent $795.00 on my car service so I should of got the 15.000 flyby points but I have not received anything. I paid for my service to the Mycar over the phone and gave them my flybuys card numbers over the phone, i gave them both numbers on the card and was told as soon as I paid he would send that through. I have tried ringing the flybuys number 13 11 16 and was on hold for an hour, I cannot wait that long.

Desired outcome: I would like my bonus points added to the flybuys account. I quite enjoy obtaining bonus points with my purchases.

When I got my Flybuys statement I had enough points to redeem a few $20 gift cards and went online to do so. However, it seems this cannot be done anymore - the full amount being redeemed just gets put on your Flybuys card.
