Rude service
I ordered a Get Well balloon delivery for my eight year old grandson - he's had surgery this week and I ordered in plenty of time for delivery today. "The wrong sticker" (as the customer service rep said) was put on the delivery and it was sent to the wrong address. He was incredibly rude. I couldn't get his name because he hung up on me, but he answered the phone at [protected] at about 3pm PST on Friday, June 26. He could've apologized and I would've accepted delivery for tomorrow. Instead, he told me "accidents happen" and hung up on me. I put special directions on two places on the order form that the delivery date was important to me and I gave two different phone numbers to reach me if there was a problem. I'm disappointed that my gift didn't arrive but I'm stunned at the rudeness of the person I spoke to and won't be using them again. I do expect a full refund - haven't seen it turn around into my account yet, but that was one of the options offered and I took it. I would rather have had the balloons delivered tomorrow, but I was so upset by the manner of the rep I was talking to that I just wanted to be done with the company completely. And, I am.

Disappointed Grandma
I placed an order for balloons for delivery on a specific date (today) - my grandson's homecoming from the hospital after surgery. He's eight. The Get Well balloons didn't get there and even though I signed up for an email notification of any problems with delivery, I didn't get one. I just happened to call my grandson expecting he would have received a cheerful bouquet from me. Otherwise, I might never have known that I spent $50.00 on nothing. Interesting that today I can't find any customer service email address or phone number on the website. Note to self - don't order from an online company that doesn't have "contact us" link on the page! I found a customer service phone number [protected] and guess I shouldn't be surprised but there was no one available and the message box was full. Yep. I got ripped off. A friend suggested I find a local gift shop near my daughter's home in Oklahoma and use them in the future.

BEWARE: This is an online scam company! They took my money as well and did not deliver. When I called the number some boy said they sold that company some time ago and they were now just a telegram company.
Is there not someway to report and stop these crooks?
