Delivery incomplete
I ordered same day delivery on 10/05. Not delivered. No correspondence at all. I called on 10/08. She cancelled the delivery and reissued it for monday 10/10. was NOT delivered. I received a confirmation of delivery on 10/10 but did not get a delivery. I called on 10/11 and she said she confirmed with the flower shop that they have a signed receipt of delivery. WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE FLOWERS. I requested a full refund to my card. She said she had to transfer me to her manager. put me on hold. came back on. held the phone while she typed... then said her manager would call me directly after we hung up. 10 minutes later her manager called. Its been a cluster from day 1. I will never use this company again. I am disputing charges with my bank to get my money returned to me.

Worst worst florist delivery service. They never delivered the flowers I ordered then refused to give me a full refund.
I tracked the flowers all day, they kept telling me they would be delivered soon. They were never delivered, despite being told they were. The receipt they provide, after you pay, states they can not guarantee a delivery. After disputing their obligation was not fulfilled and demanded a refund, they kept some of my money!
Ava flowers is not a reputable business. Their staff is incompetent and their services are well below standard.
Do not order flowers from ava flowers.
If you try to use their services expect to get ripped off
