Applied at the end of December (in my husbands name) and received expedited benefits due to our dire situation. We have 3 daughters and he lost a 14yr career in the blink of an eye. We had to submit 3 things before January 3rd which we did and even tried MULTIPLE times to contact the case worker to make sure everything was in order. They wanted a document...

I was told to call DCF by my mom's Medicaid case mgr. I did so & even though I had all bank records & there were numerous calls to 911. NOTHING was done! Maybe a total of 15 minutes at my home as I got a frantic call from her to come get her approx Oct. 2, 2020. My 1st call was to 911, the attitude I got was they were already there & they seemed unconcerned...
