Florida DCF review: So called investigation into the neglect & exploitation of my 91y.o. mother

I was told to call DCF by my mom's Medicaid case mgr. I did so & even though I had all bank records & there were numerous calls to 911. NOTHING was done! Maybe a total of 15 minutes at my home as I got a frantic call from her to come get her approx Oct. 2, 2020. My 1st call was to 911, the attitude I got was they were already there & they seemed unconcerned even though doors had been ripped of, her pet bird killed. The deputy said the bird looked dead for a long time time, her visiting nurse told me both were OK the prior day. It was a blood feather that ruptured after her abusive great grandson kicked the cages around. I buried it within an hour it took me to get there, it's head went limp.
The investigator's decision was that charges were unsubstantiated. She never followed up, she took the granddaughter's word over my mom. I could have given proof from the nurse as they were worried about him being there. She had 1 cab driver, he could of verified my mother didn't go to the bank as many times as money was stolen from her. she never even saw her checkbook or had an ATM card until she had no food! We're talking 1000's of dollars, I secured for her & both my mother & myself never checked, she was her only granddaughter & never in a million years we would of thought! Mom worked till age 84 when she broke her shoulder. I was there every weekend at SNF bringing her treats, caring for her skin & nails for 3 months. Over this time I said I could set up bill pay, but her granddaughter said I have to pay my bills, I'll pay hers at same time. I had to refi her home with only 2 years till pay off. Now looking back if her grandchild hadn't started already stealing she could of mad her Insurance installment. I reduced her bills to almost half by maxing it out for 30 yrs. She built & lived in her home since 1960. Mom broke her leg later 2019, I have a letter from mom after sending her a birthday check in Jan 2020. This granddaughter played us against each other, mom thought I ddi not care as Stacey told her she told me. She never did! She had a heart attack/surgery Jan 2020 again played us. I have kept all my communications (text messages) since 2017 with this girl, proof. She left my mom to go out & get food after 5 years, why? Her gravy train would of been found out! Her Workman's Comp was running out. She had plenty of money to pay her bills yet monthly they were shut off & turned on. I could of had her food delivered, her bills paid but she never informed about anything. I have a paper trail, in 6 months $12k approx. was gone from the $15k I secured for repairs or the day she no longer got WC. Even if she cannot recover her money, her & her child need to be prosecuted. Sending her out in the middle of a pandemic, hardly able to walk, deaf & she never told me! I would of taken care like now, she will live with me forever. That was literally signing her death warrant & stealing everything from her, since 1965 she was a poor widow 4 kids, all I had to bury. She always paid her her own way, no welfare, foodstamps, reduced lunches, all on a dishwasher's salary. DCF DID NOTHING! NEVER RETURNED CALLS. OPINION DOESN'T EQUAL INVESTIGATION! Those who make these decisions without even coming back & asking can you verify should be prosecuted as much as the abuser! Now her home is going to heck, all bills unpaid, the people who are supposed to help, don't give a chit! What now?
