First Cash Pawn reviews and complaints

My name is Dwight Mayes. I went into the Pawn Shop on 1411 Martin Luther King Blvd Dallas, TX 75215 to pawn a ring. I asked for 140.00 in which I received. I went back in there within 25-30 minutes to get the ring back, but they charged me an extra 15.00 to get the ring back. I have been doing business with this pawn shop for more than 10 year, although they changed the name, and I NEVER experienced anything like this. The crew that you guys have in there now are very unprofessional and they try to cheat you every chance they can get. They are very rude, playful and unprofessional. I been doing business with this Pawn for a very long time and I always got back any items that I put in there, but I never paid that much money within 25-30 minutes to get any of my items back. I am not satisfied with this outcome at all. I will be seeking business elsewhere, but something needs to be done about this because our service is what keeps this business open. I was at the First Cash on Nov 2. I brought a DJ light at the store. I told the manager in charge what the problem was he was so disrespectful saying things like I expect things like this from you re people so I act like a took a picture of him and left the store He follow be outside and stand in back of my car. He was cuzzing at me he said he is going to stand in back of my car until the cops get here. I been coming to First Cash for years they call me Dj Carl all the managers know me from the other stores. They sold me a product that don't work and he cuzzing me out
