sur mon compte de téléphone Télus de Juin 2023 j'ai une charge de longue distance de $3.99 plus txs pour un appel que je n'ai pas fait. L'appel mentionnée était le [protected]. J'ai essayer d'appeler ce numéro mais impossible de de parler a quelqu'un car un message me renvoyait a d'autre numéro avec le meme message. j'ai contacté Telus et ils ont accepté...

Received my telephone bill that say's on the july 07 2009 at 17:07 and
17:08 from 446-7718 à Directory asst, PQ first call 00:01 min
second call 00:02 min
My wife and i were alone at home at that time, dowther at work.
Since we have access to canada 411 on the web, we no longer use the directory assistance at all.
