Never able to access account to complete the request form online
I purchased this service but elected to fill out my request form on my computer as my cell phone screen is too small. Was never able to log in to complete the form as the website said it did not recognize my password. I tried several times to no avail. I then requested a password change, and I was provided a new password. I used the new password to get in...

Don't think of buying from them
About a month ago I submitted an order with Ezdd214.com, they were supposed to deliver it about 2 weeks ago but for some reason that didn’t happen. Many times I’ve tried to find out the reason of this by writing loads of emails to this company but each time I’ve encountered dead silence in return. Please, don’t even think of buying anything from this company.
