Poor installation
Empire flooring will not stand behind their guaranty on the laminate flooring. 18x26 foot room was installed and in a short time the floor buckled and the middle rose up 2". warranty
I would not reccomend empire floors to anyone having flooring done either rug or laminate or even hardwood. From the begining it was a nightmare. First the salesman wrote down the wrong product. When they came to install my laminete flooring and had put down half of the floors I noticed on the box of flooring that the product they were putting down stated...
