I have ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this scam website. I even paid some extra money for a custom-size. When the dress finally showed up it was extremely small and no customs were made! And also the color was wrong. We ordered red dress, but the one that arrived was pink. These thieves never replied to my message so it was absolutely impossible to get a refund or an exchange. I'm very disappointed, huge waste of money. My daughter really wanted that dress and was very upset. I'll never order anything from Dressfirm again.

I ordered a cute looking pink dress for my daughter and paid extra for a custom-size. Three weeks later it finally arrived. It was a completely different dress. The pale pink dress I ordered, came in a bright blue, and looked cheap and mass produced. Not to mention that it was also defective. I contacted DressFirm customer service and tried to get a refund because the color was so misrepresented, but there was no response. This company is horrible. These thieves stole my money and now I'm stuck with a horrible dress. Would never recommend DressFirm.

I ordered handbag and dress from the website www.dressfirm.com. I contacted the seller and asked if they sell authentic clothes and handbags, and the seller responded very quickly and told me that all production was genuine. I paid for it about $300, and I received the fake handbag and bad quality dress. The handbag had broken zip and several scratches. The dress looked like piece of cloth. The seller didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
