I placed an order for strawberry plants thru Ebay for a business called BulbsnBlooms. Purchased 100, Ozark Beauty Strawberry Plants on Aug. 17, 2020, received Sept. 29, 2020, ID # [protected], order number #[protected]. On the site it says you will be shipped bare root-dormant product. I received the product in the fall and planted them immediately. It is now May and I have had NO plant growth what so ever on ALL the plants. I have reached out to the company several times via email and phone calls. I also reached out to Ebay to see if they would help. They can't since it is passed their "deadline on dealing with complaints; however as I stated to them, if they are allowing companies to sell product that is dormant, and won't come to life until spring, then I don't think their time line fits.

I bought plants and flowers from the website www.bulbsnblooms.com. My order arrived in damaged package and all seeds were mixed together, and I took pics and sent them to seller. The seller promised money back within 30 days, but it was also lie. They simply ignored me within these days and only once they replied and promised to transfer money, but nothing happened. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
