I was on the DesktopLightning.com website and I accidentally clicked on the wrong button. I called my bank and the charge was for $99.00 on my debit card. They told me to call the company and I couldn’t even get a live customer service representative on the phone. I need this charge back to my card ASAP.

I found this website aND WATCHED A VIDEO, AND WAS SIGNED UP TO DESKTOPLIGHTENING.i HAVE TRIED TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE, TO NO AVAIL, HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH A SINGLE PERSON TO CANCEL THIS THAT i DID NOT WANT. i HAVE ALSO BEEN CHARGED 2 X ON MY CREDIT CARD AN AMT OF 19.99 EACH TIME.tHERE WAS 156.00 CHARGE TO SIGN UP. tHERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIVES TO ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS, HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES. i NEED THIS CHARGED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD ASAP.
