I bought a sheepskin coat in january, but a pocket outside was shelled off by accident when I was pulling with my wife. I was surprised at that moment, how can it be so flimsy? Later I contacted the customer service and asked for the compensation, luckily, she agreed and also sent me a piece of sheepskin to repair. Though it brought me some displeasure, it was dealt well finally. I hope you can check the product more carefully before shipping it out to avoid such thing.
