Dog bed and mystery box
Ordered small dog bed and a mystery box on 20DEC22. Never received! Tried emailing them, no response, no phone #to call. Jan23 I disputed with my credit card company and they just received from cozy cove they shipped it back in Dec22, so they refused my claim. I have to this date never received items in the amount of $27,94/$29.40. While this does not amount to alit it’s the principal! They are a fraud!

I purchased online a dog bed from cozy cove. I ordered it Nov 9,2022. I have just found out it's a fraudulent company. I paid $17.95. What can I do to get my money back? I have emailed multiple times, with no response at all. I called the 800# on the Facebook page, that's where I found out it was fraud. Documents below. My order #is 7669. Have you had a lot of complaints on them?
