I purchased online a dog bed from cozy cove. I ordered it Nov 9,2022. I have just found out it's a fraudulent company. I paid $17.95. What can I do to get my money back? I have emailed multiple times, with no response at all. I called the 800# on the Facebook page, that's where I found out it was fraud. Documents below. My order #is 7669. Have you had a lot of complaints on them?

Company never delivered the 2 dog beds I ordered. Wouldn't respond to emails, no phone or other contact. My bank cancelled the payment. My bank just gave the money back to the company, saying the company provided proof they shipped the beds. Bank still has not provided a way for me to contact the company or shared the proof. Still no beds. I can't contact a mystery shipper.

I have also ordered from this company. It was around December12 for 3 large dogbeds. I have not received them. I emailed/message them two times no reponse. I message a third time and told them they should really give a tracking number. Well all of a sudden almost a month later I received an email with a tracking number. It stated it was on it way beginning of January. When It already stated from the start that it was on it way back in December. Well then It said it would be delivered January 16th. It then all of a sudden i received an email that it was delivered Jan. 14th. Guess what it was not delivered. Fedex sent me a picture of this box that clearly show that it is not 3 large dog beds. I called Fedex and i gave them my address and to my surprise ( not really) that my address did not match the address on the so called package. I put in a claim to my bank. I finally got a answer to this claim. It was denied because they said they spoke to the company and because the company gave all the right answers is why they denied me. They basically said the shipping address was correct the tracking number was correct so on and so on. Well I am not stopping there. I called the bank a complained again. They told me it I can get documentation from fedex that is was delivered to the wrong address they would reopen the case. I called fed ex again and they told me they could not email me this information but to let my bank know that if the can get the fedex account number of the shipper it will show the full address and location of the delivery which will then confirm that it was delivered to the wrong address. I asked my bank for the companies phone number that they used to speak with them. The first time I called the bankier gave me a number but it was invalid. Called a second time and got a totally different number from this banker. I have yet to call it because i want to see if my bank can get the documentation needed to show proof i did not get my items. Then if for some reason they cannot i will call the number to see if I can get through to them. I will most likely file a claim with fedex as well since the so called box was not delivered to my address. The bank gave me a provisional credit until this is resolved however since currently it is denied they will be taking it back. I am still agueing this claim because i will be damned if this company is going to keep my money. I spent 104 dollars on these beds. Never again will I trust a company that does not have a phone number or exact address of where the company is. This Cozy cove according to the bank is in Minnesota but on the shipping confirmation it said it was shipped out fromf New Hampshire. Also when i was monitoring the tracking when the gave me a tracking number this package went to east coast to west coast to mid west back to eastcoast to be delivered. It seemed fishy to me at this point. It seemed out of place to even get a tracking number after i complained about it from the beginning. These should have been delivered by christmas. since apparently when i got the tracking number it miraculously only took a week to get a delivery that i did not receive. I still fighting. You all keep arguing and fightting this company. They need to be stopped. So may have compained on there facebook page including myself. Unfortunately we will not be able to stop them from renaming and selling again. Below is the picture of the so called delivery. You tell me does this look like three large/xl dog beds to u. This is not even my front porch. I have cameras and no one showed to my door this day with a delivery.

I had the same issue. They delivered my product to someone's front door that is not mine. Well, FedEx did. I disputed with my CC company, and they reversed the charge because it was delivered, and my bank told me to call BBB. Showed two little boxes and I ordered one box. I am disgusted.

I also ordered a bed on Nov.9 2022 still haven't received it yet. also e-mailed several times with no response. Chaulk it up to lesson learned...SCAM

I also ordered a dog bed and pregnancy pillow. Order #17948. Contacted them multiple times to no avail. Ordered in January 2023.

Order 12821 placed 29th dec - order confirmed as shipped 2nd Jan. Nothing since. No replies to emails and tracking doesn't work. Learnt my own lesson - always use PayPal and if they don’t offer it then don’t buy it!

I have had the same experience. Ordered a dog bed and have never received it. I got an email that said it had been shipped and it was coming FedEx. It sat in Los Angeles for quite some time. I have emailed them at least 50 times trying to get a tracking number with no response. I called FedEx and they cannot do anything without a tracking number. I was tracking through Shop, and now my order and tracking has disappeared. I emailed Shop several times and they were awesome about it. They have tried to help, but without anything there wasn’t much they could do. I am hoping my bank will see the issue and I will get refunded.

I have received 2 emails to give a review on the product but what if that is a fraudulent website also. I have checked their website a couple of times and it says This website may be impersonating Cozy Cove to steal your financial information.

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND YOU WILL MEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT!

I have had a bad experience as well.. ordered 2 for $59.90 and never got them or any answers . Is there a way to get reimbursed?

Is somebody going after these scammers?

Let me know. I am an old age pension and reall can’t do losses

Ok ordered a dog bed back in November 22 and have not received it ! They said parcel delivered but I knew it had not been, I’ve tried emailing them on numerous occasions but getting no reply it’s so frustrating when this happens, money is tight enough without people like this taking it under false pretences makes me furious.

I ordered a bed from these people at Cozy Cove in December 2022. I received an email about 1 week later saying that it was getting ready to ship. Then Nothing. I contacted them 4 times. You can't call. you can't chat. and replies come a week late if ever.

Then I get a notice wanting to know how I like the bed! Like the bed, I never received it. Hell I can get one , same bed from Amazon in 3 days. These people are frauds.

Yes. I have ordered two beds and on 12/28 they told me it was on the way. I asked for tracking number and never got a response. I emailed yesterday and now the e-mail comes back undeliverable.

I ordered a dog bed the end of Dec .22. They sent an email saying it was on its way. I have emailed them 4 times . Finally got an email saying they were behind because of the Holidays. That it had been sent on

Jan 2nd of 23. Tracking shows it has'nt moved for a week. I ask if it was coming by mule train. Time to get the States Attorney involved.
