Cj Internet Galaxia Seoul reviews and complaints
Fraudulent Charges in my bank account
2 charges appeared on my bank statement for $46.83 each causing my bank to be overdrawn. This is located out of Korea and my bank isn't doing anything about it. This is identity theft and a scam. I have never even heard of these people before this showed up on my bank statement. I sure have never been to Korea - I don't even have a passport. And I certainly don't speak Korean.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
unauthorized charges
I had 10 unauthorized charges to my account when I checked my statement this morning. I get alerts sent to my cell phone with BOA for overseas charges. The alert was immediatly sent to me. 10 charges! $44.79 many times and $8.90 many times. This company needs to be prevented from doing any business within the USA. All banks should be aware and immediatly decline any attempted charges. This is insane. Not that 10 charges was sneaky at all or went unnoticed LOL seriously if you're gonna scam someone 10 charges makes it obvious. I have noticed other people have BOA and have the same complaints. Come on BOA get with the program if you know the company is doing this to people STOP AUTHORIZING these transactions!
took money from my bank account without my permission . Two seperate transactions for $47.22 each. I cannot find where i bought anything from any company on line for six months.
I received a call from my bank on January 11, 2012 of suspicious activity on my debit card made by CJ Internet Galaxia- Seoul Korea, Aaron House and BOULOGNE BILLFR FR. Ironically, the Aaron house charge was only for 3.45 and was credited back to my account by whomever took it out, but the bank said this happens often that they will charge a small amount to see if your card will work. CJ Internet Galaxia charges were for 43.34 TWICE and Boulogne Billfr Fr was for 19.87 twice. Thank goodness for small town banks and the girls who caught this and called me immediately before it got into the hundreds. It is interesting that the Ebay buyer above mentions Paypal and Amazon.com because I recently made a purchase at Amazon.com using paypal to purchase some textbooks. Card has been cancelled and "hotcarded" so no more transactions will go through, but I will be thinking twice now about using paypal for any purchases. Change all your passwords on your accounts, remove all information about old cards from paypal and any site that you have any of your debit info on. You may never want to use your debit card for online purchases again! I know I am thinking I won't again... Back to the old standard checks for me where I can do it!
I just had a call from my bank(Chase) about debit card fraudulent activity made by CJ Internet Galaxia. They made 5 attempts ranging from $46.00- to $9.27-. They were pending but I did not see them online till I got a call from Chase. They will send me the form to commence dispute charges & fraud investigation via e-mail. I have never been impressed with my bank's free identity protection service until now. I thank my bank for doing this for me. I have a feeling that my recent fraudulent activity made by the Ebay seller. Ebay refunded me for the entire purchase for the Amazon.com Gift Card that was never sent. I saw 49 people bought it and some of them left negative feedbacks for the seller not sending it to them. Those sellers could collect information from Paypal to steal buyers bank and bank debit card information as well as their physical addresses. Even I got a money from paypal, my bank would replace the card with the new one. Please be careful when making a purchase at Ebay especially from the seller with 0 feedback and reside in overseas.
I've just checked my account this morning and have 2 charges from CJ Internet Galaxia at 46.25 each plus one from a place called Blizzard.com at 14.99 and three from place called Trion Worlds *Rift or Riftgame.com ca. This being weekend, I cannot contact my financial institution, but will first thing in the morning. They normally block charges like this, but I'm not certain if it needs to be more than a certain amount. I'm NOT happy! Agree that these scammers need to be found and stopped - hang them by their fingernails!
