I have ordered some items from China which when I tracked been reported as delivered but unfortunately no delivery been done. This had happened for four times in a row. China Post Puzzles

I ordered 5 and then 5 more puzzles. I provided my correct address through Amazon and they keep saying they share having troubles with my delivery. I tried calling them but didn’t understand what they were asking. I tried going online and chat with them and they keep saying hours we’re not available and I have tried different hours. If they can’t provide service then they shouldn’t sell on Amazon very disappointed

China Post pos mistakenly delivered wrong address

I have purchase an item from China and the courier that are using from my seller is China Post with the tracking number provided is LA811307978CN. When I check the tracking number using http://m.17track.net, the item is already delivered in Sham Alam. For your information the item should be delivered to my address in Sarawak not in sham alam and delivery should be 1f, Jalan Sentosa, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak.
