I have had numerous withdrawals taken away from me , they stated I have more then one playing account with same email which wont let me do that =they have kept 1600 and its frustrating and I get no answers , mu big concern is others getting scammed as well , I am a police officer and something is wrong I get emails all the time with bonus's and get screwed after winning a bit , if I loose they dont say a word but take all the funds with excuses

OK they went and removed 95% of the scatters so you can win any free spins, this has been going on for 3 months straight...every single day, thousands of dollars stolen! I just spent 7 thousand dollars today buying the free spins at $1000 a set! Every single set paid me under $50. And that's starting at 20 times pay! well its sad there a rich casino i never changed my address my email my name they stole my winning and kicked me out ofthe casino on line and dont answer my emails
I am having the same problem with Capstan Cook casino: they are withholding whatever I won and asking for government ID's and is never enough.
